Return & Order Policy:


•Valid resell number or tax ID required.

•Unless you are approved for 30Net your credit card will be charged when placing an order. To set up alternate payment options please contact us directly.

•We have no minimum. Processing time is 2-3 weeks.
Orders will be shipped from Burbank, CA.

•Sizes available for One Pieces, Bikinis and Seperates are: Small (0-2), Medium(2-4), Large (4-8) and X-Large (8-12)
Sizes for Dresses are: Small/Medium Medium/Large (more sizes avaialable upon request)

•Colors: Black, White, Off White, Yellow, Mustard Yellow, Turquoise, Baby Pink, Baby Blue, Coral, Purple, Navy Blue, Green, Red and Gold. (Custom colors upon request only. Please check website for more options)

•All crochet items are hand made and might vary in details.

•All COD accounts are on a cash basis (i.e. cashiers check or money order)

•Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address only and require a signature upon ordering and delivery. Bank transfer might be required for international accounts.

•Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Full risk of loss and title passes to customer at the time Musotica Wear, Inc. delivers the merchandise to a carrier.

•No guaranteed sales. No claims on used goods. No refund or exchange on wholesale sales unless the garment was received damaged. Claims on damaged garments must be claimed within 5 days of invoice date. Returns will not be accepted without a prior written authorization from our charge back department. Musotica’s sales representatives are not authorized to approve returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to you.

•All items must be sold at double the price unless discontinued. For more information on Sales please contact us.

•Musotica Wear goods are subject to territorial restrictions and may not be distributed outside of the geographic region in which they were initially sold. Musotica has exclusive distribution arrangements in many countries and its products may only be distributed in those countries by Musotica’s authorized distributors.

•Musotica grants its customers a limited license to use Musotica’s photographs and other promotional material (hereinafter “Materials”), subject to this release. You may not use Musotica’s Materials for any purpose, unless you agree to the Image Release terms.
